The Lost Mills race was held this past weekend in Germany, and Riviera Team Rider Kim Barnes made the trip to europe for the Lost Mills Event as well as the Bilbao Paddle Challenge in Spain.
Kim has had a few top finishes this year, and had great finishes in Germany putting herself in 10th Overall on the weekend. This event is a bit different than most because the men and Women race 14'. The level of racing was extremely high in the mens and womens field. The paddlers in the top 20-30 are all top competitors at any race in the world. The 8th Annual OluKai Ho‘olaule‘a went off last weekend and the conditions were ideal for the famous Maui downwinder. Local Talia Decoite, 13 year old Jade Howson and Daniel Russel from Team Riviera made the trip out to Maui to compete and participate in the weekend events.View full article →
The Carolina Cup went off last weekend and once again cemented itself as one of the toughest SUP races of the year. The level of paddling this year was incredible to see with about 18 paddlers in the lead Men's pack for 12 of the 13 Miles! This past weekend was the Mongoose Cup here in Dana Point, CA.

The Santa Cruz Paddle Fest again was a great event... Like the last 3 years we got great waves. It was head high to double overhead all weekend. The team had a great time and Riviera's Own Brandon Rambo took 2nd Place against some of the best SUP surfers in the world on his 7'2 El Tigre.
We made the trip up to Santa Cruz yesterday for the SUP Surf Comp and race this weekend. This is one of our favorite events of the year to get the whole team together and there's nothing better than having the lineup at steamer lane to yourself in a heat.View full article →
